Overview
Triumph is a network that modernizes and simplifies freight transactions. After undergoing a brand overhaul, Triumph merged multiple divisions and websites into on cohesive identity. One brand serves all their; customers, carriers, shippers, brokers and factors in the transportation industry where they can transact confidently on a secure and transparent freight transaction network.

Solution
After an extensive strategy overhaul and the design of a new brand identity we were tasked with designing a new website which would combine their previous three sites into one. The combination of multiple websites, offering numerous services and solutions into one website introduces multiple challenges that needed to be solved in order for the site to effectively service its many customers and various audience members. Our first step was establishing the sitemap and intuitive site navigation which could effectively service the various segments of their business along with the various sub-services offered within these groups while maintaining the current seo that has been built over the years.
Working alongside the Triumph team we established the site aesthetics and look and feel based off the new brand identity. We researched their current customers base, target audiences, and narrowed down key user personas provided through their strategy workshops. We developed a design system that unified brand items across all aspects of the website and established cohesive page templates for the various business segments.
