The New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC) provides services to New York residents aiming to increase the supply of multi-family housing, and revitalize neighborhoods by financing the creation and preservation of affordable housing for low, moderate and middle-income individuals.

The HDC 2023 Annual Report highlights achievements over the course of the calendar year.  We created a clean efficient design which highlighted statistical milestones, informed stakeholders of recent news and achievements throughout the year and featured project closings and completions with statical data and project highlights. The site tells a story of multiple chapters separated by interactive elements for users to easily access information and data offered throughout the various sections of the report.
