Overview

Sundless is a brand of advanced ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) film material used primarily in industrial and protective manufacturing. The solid film structure provides durable and efficient applications for ballistic protection, armor, ropes, netting, and offshore equipment.

Solution

Our first step was to lead the Sundless team through a strategy discovery workshop establishing the brands strategy and vision for the brand moving forward. Through competitive research and observation recommendations on naming, tagline and messaging were established. The resulting strategy work produced core positioning, established the brand’s purpose, voice and tone along with identifying the core primary and secondary audiences.

Our creative execution began with defining a clear, cohesive visual identity for Sundless. At the center of this system is the Sundless mark—a design inspired by layered strips of film, symbolizing connection, strength, energy, and resilience. Paired with bold typography and a dynamic color palette, the identity positions Sundless as a premier player in its industry. Beyond the mark, we developed a comprehensive visual language, including core graphic elements, typographic standards, and guidelines for color and imagery. Together, these components establish a consistent and recognizable brand presence across all touchpoints. Through this work, we created a strong strategic and visual foundation to support Sundless as it continues to grow.
